1.In November 2016, Shandong Jingneng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established.

2.In March 2017, the company began the industrial transformation of onion-like structured carbon materials.

3.In August 2017, the industrial trial of onion-like carbon was successful.

4.In 2019, the company signed a cooperation agreement with the Institute of Coal Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to initiate the research and development project of OLC(onion-like carbon)-based isostatic graphite. The project received the "Second Prize for Equipment Management Achievement in Shandong Province" and the "Contribution to Economic Development Award in Da'an Town, Yanzhou District."

5.In 2020, the technology for preparing OLC(onion-like carbon)-based isostatic graphite  was included in the "Special Project for Innovation and Development of Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Yanzhou District, Jining City, Shandong Province."

6.In June 2021, the project "Development and Pilot Scale-up of OLC(onion-like carbon)-based isostatic graphite with Low Resistivity" was incorporated into a key research and development project in Shandong Province, approved by the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

7.In December 2021, the company was recognized as a "National High-tech Enterprise."

8.In 2022, the isostatic graphite products entered the stage of product pilot testing and small-scale production for verification.

9.In 2023, the isostatic graphite sheets and cylindrical materials were launched and made available for sale in the market.
